How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you are expected to receive your item in about 5-9 business days. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information

How can I cancel my order?

Orders are processed within 24 hours. Email us within 24 hours to have your order canceled. Support@JulzAccessories.com

My tracking number says "Pre-Shipment" or "Stuck In Processing"

Your order either has not been shipped yet or is stuck in customs. Once it is shipped or once it clears customs, your package will be back on track. We ship packages out in bulk every Friday of each week. You may receive your tracking number earlier but, it will not update until the following Friday. You can also check our Shipping Policy.

How secure is my information?

Julz Accessories DOES NOT sell, lease, or distribute any personal customer information. Our website even has an SSL certificate to help keep your information even more secure!

Where are my items coming from?

Our fulfillment house is located in Maryland, USA. Some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia, Germany, and/or China.

Do my items get sent in one package?

Items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. Also, refer to our Shipping Policy.

When can I track my order?

A tracking number will be sent to your email once your item(s) have shipped. If you have not received a tracking number, please email us at directly at Support@JulzAccessories.com

Can my jewelry get wet?

No. All of our jewelry are made using high quality gold plated brass, zinc, or stainless steel. We recommend avoiding anything wet such as water, lotion, perfume, etc. Contact with anything wet may cause tarnishing. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us at Support@JulzAccessories.com

What materials do you use in your jewelry?

All of our jewelry are made from high quality gold or silver plated brass, zinc, or stainless steel. Each products has the materials listed in their product description. If you need more information/assistance please email us at Support@JulzAccessories.com

Can I use more than one discount code for one order?

Unfortunately, no. Only one discount code per transaction.

Refund/Returns?

Need to return or exchange your order? No matter the reason, we’re here to help you! Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you receive your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Custom items are made just for you, so we can’t return or exchange them. We hope you understand! Check our Refund Policy for more information.
